At Backyard BBQ Cleaning, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you're not happy with your cleaning, please contact us within 48 hours of service. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue with a free touch-up. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.
